FAQ

Common questions

What exactly do I get with my membership?
Every Skyridge+ membership includes full access to all exclusive series (Garden Rescue, Local Roots, Beyond the Garden, and more), the education library, behind-the-scenes content, ad-free videos from Next Level Gardening and The Gardens at Skyridge, the member community, and monthly live Q&As. Monthly and annual plans include the same access (annual just costs less over the year).
Is there content for people without a big garden?
Yes! Our members are growing on apartment balconies, in raised beds, containers, on large properties, and just getting started. You'll find practical education for every scale — plus entertaining series and conversations that help you plan, troubleshoot, and keep going wherever you're gardening now.
How is this different from the YouTube channel?
YouTube has free videos (with ads). Skyridge+ is the next step: exclusive series you won't find on YouTube, in-depth education, behind-the-scenes from the Skyridge garden, ad-free Next Level Gardening and Gardens at Skyridge videos, live Q&As, and a private community of gardeners who actually talk through the work with you.
Can my whole family watch?
Absolutely! Our content is family-friendly and built for gardeners of all ages. Many members watch our series and courses together — it's a good fit for family movie night or learning side by side in the garden.
Is there a free trial?
Every membership starts with a 7-day free trial. You get full access during the trial. If you stay on, billing begins after those 7 days. Cancel during the trial and you won’t be charged.
Are there yearly options?
You can join monthly at $14.99 or annually at $149 after the 7-day free trial. See membership options.
What devices can I watch on?
Skyridge+ is available on your computer (web), mobile (iOS & Android), and TV (Apple TV, Roku, Fire TV, Android TV & Samsung). See platforms.
How does the referral program work?
Once you’re a member, share your personal referral link. For every friend who joins Skyridge+ through that link, you get a free month added to your membership. See how it works.
What's the refund policy?
You can request a refund within 30 days of being billed, and we’ll return the payment to your original method. The 7-day free trial is separate — cancel during the trial and you won’t be charged.
Can I give this as a gift?
Yes. You can purchase a gift membership and share a link or code with the recipient — a great option for gardeners who already have every tool except more inspiration and learning.
